Electric Bike Repairs and Servicing

Have you got an electric bicycle and don't know where to take it for an annual service, diagnostics or repairs?

At Cycle Tech Oldham we have fully trained and experienced e-bike Technicians who are able to carry out diagnostic work, software updates, servicing and repairs on a wide range of e-bikes.

We are a registered service centre for Bosch e-bikes as well as all the brands we sell in our shop, Raleigh, Diamond Back, Orbea, Roodog and Eskuta.

If you are looking to upgrade your bike with better brakes, gears or tyres we stock all the major brands of parts including Shimano, Sram and Schwalbe which our Technicians can easily fit for you.

If you are unable to get your bike to our workshop, we offer an onsite e-bike diagnostic and repair service which covers the whole of Greater Manchester where we will come to you in our fully equipped Service Van and carry out any repairs at your home or work address. If we are unable to repair on site we can take your e-bike back to our workshop for further repairs.

    The small print…

We know that no-one plans to have a mechanical failure, but if you do the chances are you would like your bike fixing straight away so we aim to keep the vast majority of service parts in store. However, whenever possible we strongly advise booking your bike into our workshop in advance to ensure it's ready before a holiday, event or race. Our workspace is limited so if you're unable to collect your bike on the agreed collection date, or within 30 days of competition, (Unless otherwise arranged) then we may have to charge a late collection fee of £5 per day.

All prices are dependent on condition of the cycle and the components – neglected bikes may take more time to fix as nuts and bolts may be rounded and/or rusted together. For this reason we need to see your bike for a more accurate estimate.

We can't inspect your bike properly if its dirty, dirty bikes will be subject to the Bike Valet cleaning charge of £10. Plus, bikes can roll through some horrible smelly stuff so depending on their state and how busy we are, we reserve the right to refuse a filthy bike.
